The Wall enables users to view and upload content, material and information (including, without limitation, photo, video, text, graphics, etc.) (collectively, the "Content"). The Wall is owned and operated by ScreenSpaces, Inc. ("ScreenSpaces") and is licensed to the Company. All users of the Wall or application services offered from time to time in connection therewith (collectively, the "Service"), including you, must read this privacy policy. Unless otherwise indicated, "we" or "us" or "our" shall refer to each of the Company or ScreenSpaces.

By using the Service, you agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all such terms, you may not use any portion of the Service. We respect your privacy and we have written this Privacy Policy so that you will be aware of the information that we collect from you, how that information is protected, and how it is used. We will never sell any information you submit to the Service.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Wall to make sure that you understand our current Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any such changes, you must discontinue use of and/or viewing the Service. Collection of Information

We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your name, postal address, email address, etc. (collectively, the "PI") in order for you to subscribe to or access certain software and services on the Service. We may also request or otherwise collect anonymous information from the Service and may aggregate, evaluate, analyze, and formulate trends from all such anonymous information, combine it with demographic information about users that we receive from our marketing or other partners. The information you provide is used to fulfill your requests in connection with the Service and to help us communicate with you about different resources offered as part of the Service or in connection with other Company or ScreenSpaces websites or ventures. Such communications may include, without limitation, emails, newsletters, etc.

We may also collect other types of information, including, but not limited to, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer and your browser software (i.e. Internet Explorer, etc.), the configuration used, the pages served, and the time and source of a request. We may also associate your IP address with the personal information you provide to analyze, for example, how users arrived at the Wall, what type of Content is the most popular, and what type of users are interested in various types of advertising and Content. We may use both non-personal information and PI collected from the Service (i) to monitor and improve the Service or any of our product or service offerings, (ii) to customize the Service to user preferences, (iii) to communicate information to users, (iv) to send you notices about your submissions or account, (v) to contact you regarding any such contest or promotion in which you have participated, (vi) to provide you with special offers or promotions on behalf of us or third parties, and (vii) for any other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or disclosed when you provide your PI. We reserve the right to disclose your non-personal information and PI to our Outside Contractors (as defined below), business partners, sponsors, and any other parties we deem appropriate that agree to treat your PI in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may employ independent contractors, vendors and suppliers ("Outside Contractors") to provide specific services and products, including but not limited to, performing general statistical analysis, sending e-mail, data analysis, marketing assistance, customer service, hosting or maintaining chat rooms, blogs, credit card processing and/or order fulfillment, fraud screening, and developing applications for the Service and the other services provided by us. These Outside Contractors may have access to information collected through the Service, including PI, in the course of providing such products or services.

We may also share your PI with third parties, without notice, if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., legal requirements, legal process, court order or other administrative or law enforcement order) or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to: (i) protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; (ii) investigate fraud that has already taken place; (iii) protect and defend the rights of the Company or ScreenSpaces or verify compliance with the policies applicable laws; (iv) apply or enforce our customer agreements; or (v) protect our rights or property. We may also share your PI with third parties if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires disclosure of such PI. We may use IP addresses to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, internet service providers or law enforcement agencies in our discretion, without notice to you. Additionally, we may share your PI as part of a corporate reorganization, consolidation, merger, or sale of some or all of the assets of the Company or ScreenSpaces. The surviving company, or the acquiring company in the case of a sale of assets, would have access to your PI, which would continue to be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Is the Content that I upload to the Wall publicly available?

Yes. Any Content that you program into the Service will be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by other users or the general public. In addition, as mentioned below, Viewers (as defined below) of the Wall may be able share such Wall, or individual posts on the Wall, with their friends or other contacts. In light of the above, please be careful in regards to the type of Content you program into the Wall, as all such Content will become publicly available.

What happens if I, or a Viewer of the Wall, shares the Wall, or a post that I upload into the Wall, with a friend?

As part of the Service, (i) you may be able to share such Wall, or individual posts from the Wall, with your friends via email or social media and (ii) viewers ("Viewers") of the Wall may be able to share such Wall, or individual posts from the Wall, with their friends via email or social media sharing. If you or a Viewer use the "send-to-a-friend" function to share the Wall, or posts from the Wall, ScreenSpaces will send only the specified e-mail message to such friend, as indicated on the page on which such friend's e-mail address is input. We will not add such friend's email address to our general mailing list unless such friend decides to register on Company's or ScreenSpaces' website(s).

Will the Company or ScreenSpaces ever use my PI to communicate with me?

Yes. Occasionally, we will notify users of updates and other valuable information about us, our products and services, and the Service. By registering or subscribing for products or services or by uploading Content through the Service, users consent to being contacted by us and our related entities, and to receiving such updates and information. How does the Company or ScreenSpaces ensure security of my information?

You must keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever 100% secure or error-free. Information posted or transmitted to, or e-mail sent to or from, the Service may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you post, transmit, or send to us via e-mail. Providing us with information is your choice, and you can choose not to do so; however, you then might not be able to take advantage of some of the features on the Service.

Nevertheless, we take reasonable precautions, including physical and electronic security measures, to protect the confidentiality and security of the PI we collect through the Service. Only authorized employees, agents and Independent Contractors (who have agreed to comply with this Privacy Policy) have access to such information. All emails and newsletters regarding the Service other than "send-to-a-friend" emails sent by an individual, allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Please note that if you directly disclose personal information in a Wall, such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy and may be collected and used by others, and you may receive unsolicited messages from third parties.

How is information handled for users outside of the United States?

If you are using the Service from a country other than the countries in which our servers are located (currently the United States), the various communications will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By using the Service and communicating electronically with us, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data as set out in this Privacy Policy. In addition, if you are located outside of the United States, you expressly consent to the transfer of your PI to us and (unless you have opted out of sharing your PI with third parties) our clients or third party partners in the United States or in other countries in which our clients or third party partners may be located.

What are the Company's and ScreenSpaces' policies regarding children?

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older in order to use the Service; provided, however, that children between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) are not allowed to use the Service without parental consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect PI from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age, as we do not allow children under age thirteen (13) to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are either (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age or (ii) if you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you have parental consent and supervision to use the Service. You also represent and warrant that you agree to comply with this Privacy Policy. We will delete any information later determined to be from a user younger than thirteen (13).
